General Sales Conditions

1. Object The present general sales conditions apply to all sales concluded by the company Trottifly, limited liability company with a capital of 100,000 Swiss Francs, registered in the Commercial Register of Weissenburg, under number CHE-123.456.789, whose head office is located at Rue de la Gare 15, 2504 Weissenburg, Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as "the seller"), with consumers and non-professional buyers (hereinafter referred to as "the customer" or "the customers"), wishing to purchase the products offered for sale by the seller (hereinafter referred to as "the product" or "the products") on the website https://www.trottifly.com (hereinafter referred to as "the website").

2. Products The products offered for sale are those described on the website on the day the customer visits the website, within the limits of available stocks. The seller reserves the right to modify the product assortment at any time. Each product is presented on the website in the form of a description that mentions its essential characteristics, in accordance with Article L 111-1 of the Consumer Code.

3. Price The prices of the products are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF), all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. The seller reserves the right to modify the prices of the products at any time, it being understood that the price listed on the website on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the customer. The prices indicated do not include any customs duties or local taxes that may be levied in the country of destination. These costs will be borne by the customer and are their responsibility. Payment of the full price must be made at the time of the order. At no time may the sums paid be considered as a deposit or down payment.

4. Order It is the customer's responsibility to select the products they wish to order on the website, according to the following terms and conditions:

1. • The customer selects the product(s) they wish to order, adding them to their shopping cart.
   • The customer checks the contents of their cart and their total price (including shipping costs) before confirming their order.
   • The customer completes the order form with their personal information, as well as the delivery address, the billing address, and the desired payment method.
   • The customer confirms their order after having checked it and read and accepted the present general sales conditions.
   • The seller confirms receipt of the customer's order by sending an email.

   5. Payment Payment for the customer's purchases is made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or by Paypal. The customer guarantees the seller that they have the necessary authorizations to use the payment method they have chosen, when registering the purchase order.

   6. Delivery Delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer when placing their order. Delivery times depend on the availability of the products in stock and on the delivery address, as indicated on the website at the time of the order. The seller undertakes to make the delivery within the time limits indicated on the website, but any delay will not give rise to damages, withholding or cancellation of the order by the customer, nor to the payment of damages or penalties.

   7. Withdrawal period and returns In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, to return them to the seller for exchange or refund, without penalty, with the exception of return shipping costs which are the customer's responsibility. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by the invoice.

   8. Guarantee The seller guarantees the conformity of the products sold on the website, in accordance with the provisions of trottifly.com.
